You can pay your rental car with a bank transfer (MCB bank account with IBAN/SWIFT CODE), and credit card (Visa & Mastercard). Alternatively, you can also pay in cash on-site upon pick-up if you choose to book our travel cancelation cost insurance. If you choose to pay on-site, the costs for the travel cancelation insurance must be paid for upfront using the previously mentioned payment methods.
Yes, a deposit of 10% is required. You can pay the deposit either by credit card (which has to be in the name of the primary driver).
You will receive your essential reservation confirmation by email within 48 hours periods. If your desired vehicle is not available we will send you an alternative offer. Once you arrive at the Mauritius, present your reservation confirmation and pick up your vehicle.

The time and place for the delivery is determined by you. You can choose to have your vehicle waiting for you at the airport or it can be delivered to you at your hotel on the island. If you decide to have the vehicle dropped off at the airport then a employee of the car rental agency will be waiting for you with your name on a sign at the exit gate. If you want your car delivered to the airport, we need the flight number and the arrival date, so that we can monitor if there is any flight delays. If you decided to have your car delivered at your hotel, then we will deliver the vehicle at an agreed upon time. You will need to print the confirmation sent to you by email at the time of delivery. If you have paid with a credit card, please have it available during the delivery.
The return process is just as simple as the pick-up. If you want to drop it off at the airport or your holtel, our representative will wait for you at the agreed time near the airport arrival gate to pick up the vehicle or the hotel fornt desk.
